Founded by attorney Troy Nance, the firm was built with a focus on providing practical legal guidance while maintaining the personal attention clients deserve. EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Troy Nance earned his law degree from The University of Akron School of Law along with a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Akron College of Business. He also graduated from East Carolina University with degrees in Security Studies and Political Science.

Troy Nance | Owner, Attorney
After practicing law in Ohio and South Carolina, Troy and his wife Ashley made the decision to return to Northeast Georgia to be closer to family and establish deeper roots within the local community. That sense of community continues to shape the firm’s approach today — providing professional legal representation while remaining accessible, responsive, and relationship-focused.
Outside of practicing law, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, their children, and their dogs. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys basketball, football, and hockey, and has a goal of attending an NFL game in every stadium.
Troy is also a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys discovering local restaurants while traveling — often with help from Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives recommendations along the way.
